Do you find your energy level to be low all the time? Do you use too much caffeine in your diet? Here is what I did.

Low energy throughout your day is something that affects a lot of us and is usually caused by improper nutrition. I know very well how hard it is to make sure we are eating 100% right, 100% of the time. We live in a fast paced, fast food society now. We are always on the go. I am here to tell you, there is a way to make sure that your body gets the nutrition it needs, keep your energy levels up and still maintain our busy lifestyles.

My story

About 2 years ago, I found myself faced with a complete lifestyle change. I had gotten divorced. I was now a single father of 3 children. And yes, the children are with me full time. What a change from what I was used to. Here I am with 2 children in school, the activities that go along with school and a 2 year old. I found that there was just not enough time in the day. My mornings turned into getting myself ready, making sure the children were dressed appropriately, had to make sure they they all ate a good breakfast, then I had to make sure my 2 year old didn't mess up her clothes and possibly had to change her clothes, gather everything up for the 2 going to school, take them to school, drop the 2 year old off at daycare and then head in to work.

Sound familiar?

More often than not, my breakfast turned into a large travel mug of coffee that I took to work with me. It was no wonder that after a few hours I would start to feel my body crashing. I found myself going for more coffee or a highly caffeinated pop. A lot of the times, that made me start to feel jittery. I did not like that. Let's not even begin to talk about what "fast food" was doing to me. Even the "healthy" choices were made to taste good not necessarily be healthy. I just couldn't live like that anymore, it had to stop.

What I did

In this time my mother had put herself on Herbalife products for weight loss. I was just amazed at her results in such a short time. The thing that amazed me the most was her energy level while she lost the weight. I t was even higher than it was before she started the Herbalife. Now, I didn't need to lose any weight. She explained to me that it wasn't just for weight loss. Herbalife also has a program for maintaining weight and making sure your body receives all of it's nutritional needs. I tried it. What did I have to lose? If I didn't like it, I could always stop it. Well, I still follow the program to this day. Not only is my energy level up, but it carries through the day. My body has also been feeling healthier too. My muscles are sore less and I don't feel all the aches and pains that I used to.

Here is the program

I replaced 1 meal (breakfast) with the Formula 1 Meal Shake, instead of replacing the 2 meals required for weight loss. This set my body up with most of the nutritional needs my body requires. It also gave my body plenty of the B vitamins required to maintain a healthy energy level.

I also started taking the Formula 2 Multi-vitamin which completed my bodies nutritional needs as well as the B vitamins for my energy.

I also started taking the Formula 3 Cell Activator so the proteins I was taking in were breaking down better and absorbing into my system more efficiently.

For those days days where I work my body a little more strenuously and need some extra energy, I use the Liftoff Energy Tablets. It comes in 4 great tasting flavors; Ignite-Me Orange, Lemon-Cola Kick, Lemon-Lime and Tropical-Fruit force. I just drop 1 tablet in a 20oz. bottle of water and wait for it to dissolve. It is effervescent, so it is just like I am drinking a pop.

For those of you who don't really care for pop, you can use the N-R-G Tea instead.

This program works perfect for me. My body gets the nutrition it needs. My energy level lasts all day, no crash and burn. I am feeling better than I ever did before. I can still maintain my "on the go" lifestyle.
